Everything each plan includes. How seats work, and what yearly billing saves.
People and buckets
Add or remove operator seats any time under Settings. Added seats are charged for the rest of the period; removed seats drop off the next invoice. Inviting past your limit is blocked, never auto-charged.
What you can do
Recycle bin add-on (Standard)
Lets Standard workspaces delete files and get them back for 30 days. Included in Ultra. The price is shown on your billing page when you add it.
S3 Savings tool, on every plan
Finds the money hiding in your buckets and applies the savings you approve, inside your own AWS account. The fee starts at 10% of the savings verified on your AWS bill, once they reach $500, so it pays for itself first.

Do you charge for storage?
No. Files stay in your AWS account and AWS bills you for them directly. We never copy or mark up your storage.
Who counts as an operator?
Anyone who uploads, shares, edits, deletes or restores files. People who only look at files are viewers and are free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time. Moving from Ultra to Standard takes effect right away, and the page tells you what stops working first.
What do BucketDesk Tools do?
They find money hiding in your buckets. S3 Savings comes with every plan: it checks your buckets for free, shows what you would save, and applies the changes you approve inside your own AWS account. The fee is a share of the savings it verifies on your AWS bill, starting at 10%, so the tool pays for itself first.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Invoices, receipts and tax are handled there. AWS Marketplace customers still pay plans by card here.
