Terms for using BucketDesk.
Last updated September 8, 2026
These terms govern access to BucketDesk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for your organization.
Accounts and customer cloud resources
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, choosing appropriate member roles, and configuring permissions for your Amazon Web Services account. Customer-owned storage remains under the customer’s control. AWS and other infrastructure usage may be billed directly by the applicable provider.
Acceptable use
You may not use BucketDesk for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; unauthorized access; malware distribution; spam; unsolicited bulk email; purchased, rented, or scraped recipient lists; or attempts to evade security, rate limits, or provider policies.
Sharing and email
You may share files only with recipients you are authorized to contact and content you are authorized to disclose. You must use accurate sender information and respect revocations, complaints, and applicable consent requirements. Additional requirements appear in our Email and Anti-Abuse Policy.
Plans and billing
Features depend on the selected plan and may change as described at purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. We will not describe a planned feature as available when it is not operational.
Customer content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant BucketDesk only the limited rights required to operate the service and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions associated with content you process or share.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect customers, recipients, providers, or the service; investigate abuse; comply with law; or address a material breach. You may stop using the service and request account closure.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BucketDesk disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
