BucketDesk is a live secure workspace for customer-owned S3 files. Each later stage unlocks a complete customer outcome and must pass its release gates before it is presented as available.
Customer storage connections, sharing, uploads and notifications are live, including archive extraction and document-scoped AI.
Sequence reflects dependency and risk, not a promise of arbitrary dates.
Validate the workspace before connecting customer data.
Connect Amazon S3 and open real files with read access first.
Handle the formats and deliveries that interrupt team workflows.
Automate routine work while keeping consequential actions governed.
Give larger organizations centralized identity, policy and support.
A stage advances only when its security, reliability and operating evidence are reviewable.
Tenant isolation, role enforcement, prefix boundaries and short lived credentials pass independent tests.
Limits, idempotency, quarantine, cancellation and recovery are verified against malformed and repeated work.
Every important action has a useful audit record, observable state and a documented recovery path.
Roadmap policy: planned capabilities can change as customer evidence improves. Anything handling real files must be implemented, tested and observable before the planned label is removed.
Early access feedback determines what moves first inside each stage.
